Tag Team

Back Squats last night, 5-5-5-3-3-3, or 5-5-5-5-5-5 depending on range of movement and overall technique.

W.O.D  Inspired by Gym Jones (the reason I got into Crossfit)

Tag Team – 3 per team

P1 Tire Drag

P2 Pullups

P3 Dips

4  Rounds

P2 and P3 keep doing reps until person dragging tire returns and touches wall then P1 moves to dips P2 toTire and P3 to pull ups. You must pull the tire 4 times.
